Avery Trial Begins
I will be watching developments in the Steven Avery trial. He & his nephew are accused of killing a freelance photograher on Halloween 2005. This is probably the biggest trial in our area since the Dahmer trial.

And get this...

Definitely one to follow!
DOH! I had that in my entry when I was first typing it up. Then my computer froze up, I lost what I had typed and I forgot to add that part back in!
His attorney is saying he was set up by the county because he won a lawsuit against them for the rape conviction. There are TOO many factors that, I believe, do not add up to a framing. I know all the evidence hasn't been reported in the media, but I still don't believe he was framed as his attorney is saying.
