Each day around lunch time I begin to think what in the world am I going to make for dinner. I have decided I NEED to plan my menu out at the beginning of each week. The plan is, of course, not set in stone, but it will allow me to have a plan to follow. It also allows me to make sure I have all the ingredients I need to prepare each meal in the house. Yes, even with my stockpile from playing the
Grocery Game, I run out of things occasionally. Usually, it is a produce, dairy, or meat product, but I do run out.
In my travels around the blog world, I ran across Menu Plan Monday. If I make menu planning a little fun, maybe I will keep it up. I know I will find new recipes in the process, and that is always fun.
Here it goes...
