The Y-M-C-A!
I finally got back to the Y after a long break! It felt good to be working out again. I didn't realize how much I had missed it! The strep & sinus infection are all cleared up, and I won't allow myself anymore excuses. :)
Workout today: 35 minutes on treadmill* & 35 minutes on upright bike!
*I hate the treadmill, but all my favorite machines (the ellipticals) were being used. :(

Good for you Penny. I never did like the treadmill. Bought one years ago and sold it. LOL
