When Little Girls Grow Up...
they get chunky blonde hi-lites...
they may add a "funky" color...
and they go to their first concert! Olivia & her best friend are going to see the Jonas Brothers tomorrow night! The show they are going to is without Hannah Montana. I don't think the girls would have wanted to go it she was going to be part of the show.
