Weekly Training Totals
I want to track my training time here and will try to remember to post my training totals each Friday. I will probably need a reminder note on the computer...lol!

At the end of a month I will do monthly totals. This time will not include my strength training workouts for now.
*I edited the headings in the table because I inadvertently left out the walking included in the couch to 5K program. It is run training, but I don't run the full time -- yet. :)

LOL...C!! I don't know about that!
I want to maintain my swim & bike until it is time to kick it into gear. The run is what I am going to focus on. I am sure I will slack during the cold weather months. It's just not as much fun running on a treadmill or biking on a stationary bike.
penny! i am inspired. i really do need something like this to keep accountable and moving forward. :) i wish we were closer, we could train together!
Keep it up Penny and you will get there. I know you can do it. You sure are dedicated.
