No, she wasn't supposed to have texting at all. Somehow Verizon dropped the block, she found out and went crazy...
They are supposedly taking care of it, but I haven't heard from them in a few days. I'm going to follow-up with them tomorrow. I was told by CS not to panic that we will be credited. Since it is a large amount it will take a while to clear all the proper levels, but will be fixed.
