During week one, I lost a whoppin' 1.5 lbs. I didn't expect to have the huge loss I had during the same week the first time I did phase 1. I am slighly disappointed with such a small loss, but at least it's a move in the right direction.
It's still a step. And if you feed your body properly, and it doesn't respond...then it wants to stay at your current weight (not sure if you are actually overweight! lol) or you need to see the doctor.I know you are of strong discipline!
That's tough but still, better to lose than gain. Keep up the good work!

C...I am slightly overweight, but no where near where I was in '03. As you know, I know to listen to my body & that's it's not necessarily about the number on the scale. If I don't budge much, I am calling my doctor for that referral. Thanks Sue & that's OK. I was wondering who Michael was...LOL!! :)
