Menu Plan Monday #1

Each day around lunch time I begin to think what in the world am I going to make for dinner. I have decided I NEED to plan my menu out at the beginning of each week. The plan is, of course, not set in stone, but it will allow me to have a plan to follow. It also allows me to make sure I have all the ingredients I need to prepare each meal in the house. Yes, even with my stockpile from playing the Grocery Game, I run out of things occasionally. Usually, it is a produce, dairy, or meat product, but I do run out.

In my travels around the blog world, I ran across Menu Plan Monday. If I make menu planning a little fun, maybe I will keep it up. I know I will find new recipes in the process, and that is always fun.

Here it goes...

October 1 - October 8, 2007

Monday: Quesadillas

Tuesday: Chicken Stir-Fry, WW Fettucini

Wednesday: Saucy Italian Pork Chops, Brown Rice

Thursday: Turkey Tenderloins, Green Beans, Salad

Friday: Baked Ham, Buttered WW Egg Noodles, and Asparagus

Saturday: Dine out

Sunday: Leftovers

ROFL...C! I have been known to do that too! ;) If I don't have any meat thawed, it becomes a meatless dinner. We were eating meatless A LOT...lol!

We are cracking up! I was a Grocery Game addict! LOVED IT! We used to have super triples at Albertson's, but now I moved to an area where they don't even have coupons in the paper :( You have inspired me to write down the menus. Thanks for the heads up.

LOL, I dislike cooking very much. My family is too picky, so staring at the pantry is a fav in my house. I guess you could associate staring in the pantry with a potluck meal.
