Full Steam Ahead!

I "officially" started my Y workouts today! I was up and at 'em bright and early this morning. I entered the parking lot before the doors were open at 5:30. (note to self: leave house five minutes later...lol) I feel really good about my workout plan and look forward to doing it each morning!

Bob is home from Arizona. Now the hectic month at the firm starts. It's late and he is still at work dealing with things that piled up while he was away. Something tells me there are going to be some late nights in the next few weeks. He is an over achiever and puts so much pressure on himself to get it all done.

The time in Arizona was great for him. Not only did he get to see his parents and most importantly his grandma, but he also got a much needed break from work. He didn't pull out one bit of work while he was there. No position statements, contract, settlement agreements, etc.

5:30! Pen, you're a better woman than I am, LOL
No way could I drag my body out of bed that early. 8:30 workout is better for me. :)

I'm glad Bob had this time off, it was good for him in many ways!!

If I wait until too late in the day, I know I will start diddling around with something around the house and I will never get there. I want to do this right and HAVE to be disciplined to get up early and get it done.

It was good for him! Although, I think he is ready for another break from work already. He had already billed over 20 hours for the week when he left work last night.

Dare I ask what time you go to bed? And if you say 11pm or later, bless you. LOLOLOL

That's the downside to vacation, isn't it? That price you have to pay to make everything up!

Usually much later than 11pm, but I am working on that. It is hard to go to bed at 10:30 or 11:00 when Bob isn't home until 9:00 a lot of nights.

At least he knew how bad it would be when he returned. An attorney from his dept. took a new job out of state. Her last day was while Bob was gone.

WOW, what a woman is all I can say. No way could I get up to exercise that early. I do go to bed no later than 11:30 even when I am working. Old habits are hard to break. Thumbs up for you!!!
